With the end of the year nearly upon us, our crews have been working hard throughout the month to ensure that we can restart Mountain Vista Estate from the best possible position in 2023.
We can confirm that ground floor framing is ongoing for Block 9 and has recently started for Block 10. For Blocks 8 and 11, the subfloor is nearing completion and is nearly ready to land the floor panels.
The prepping and pouring of Stage 3’s curbing, roads and carpark is now underway. We have completed the surveying works for the foundation of block 23, (apartment building) and will continue the formworks in the new year.
From 2023, we have lined up works to begin the Walmsley Road upgrade. Also starting in the new year, we will be proceeding with our roofing on Blocks 3, 5 and 7.
