Parry Terraces
Since our last update, the construction team have made vast progress with the concrete pour for the Civil Works and superstructure for this development. The roads for Parry Terraces are 50% complete and should be fully finished by the end of May.
In April, we began construction on our roof framing components in our first two blocks in order to complete the roof structure by the end of May. Purchasers will be excited to see their homes begin to take shape with the plumbing underway and the exterior lining being installed.
Take a look at the video above to see the fantastic progress we have made! The first round of plumbing has been completed and signed off by Auckland council. Our team will soon be able to walk up and down this building with the interior stairs from the ground floor to the first floor nearly finished.
Fireproofing and insulation for Block 2 are nearly complete which will keep homeowners safe and warm. We cannot wait to see these homes filled with sunlight as our hard working construction team are on schedule to start installing windows.
Block 4’s slab is almost complete and once finished we will have a building crew commence construction of the ground floor frames.
All the under-slab plumbing plus electricity has been fitted and signed off by the council as required.
Our team are currently starting slab prep for all the remaining units on Block 5 and aim to complete all slab work by August. Parry Terraces is going to be a beautiful community and we are excited for our purchasers to see their future homes take form.
