We’re thrilled to update you on the progress of the East and West Buildings of Verge apartments. In the East Building, mechanical equipment installation on levels 1-3 is complete, along with external wall steel framing. Roofing work is advancing on level 4, and basement electrical services are in place.
In the West Building, roof purlins are installed, steel framing has begun, and mechanical equipment is on levels 1-3. Scaffold is up on the West and South elevations, and transformer installation is finished. We are making some really impressive headway!
East Building
Install RAB weather-line and proclima paper.
Install additional steelwork to lift shaft.

West Building
Complete penetrations to steel frame on all floors.
Install sprinkler system and hydrants.
Pour topping slabs to falls for all balconies
