Parry Terraces
· Resource Consent was issued on 19th July 2021.
· Civil Consent on 24th August 2021.
· Architectural Consent on 23rd September 2021.
· Construction for Parry Road started on 11th October 2021.
· Practical Completion target date of Q4 2024.
Since then and as the video above shows, we have made incredible progress! Block 1 ground floor frames are 50% complete, Block 3 framing will commence shortly, Block 4 slab drainage is 80% complete and slab preparation will begin this month. Overall site works are already 50% complete, this includes footpaths, roads, pipes, and ducting installation!
This is going to be a stunning project and we are excited for our purchasers to see their future homes come to fruition.
