Verge Apartments
For Verge Apartment’s substructure, the final Rock Anchor footing was poured on the East Building. We’re set to now pour retaining wall foundations, with block walls also starting to take shape over the next few weeks. The keystone wall between the buildings is over 50% completed, and the remaining works are progressing nicely.
For the superstructure, the balcony’s steel works have progressed on the West Building and should wrap up towards the end of the month. Balcony works for the East Building will then start in November. Tray-Dec and reinforcing is being installed in the upper levels of both buildings, setting the foundations for upcoming concrete pours.
In other parts of the site, the excavation for the transformer bay is nearly complete. We’re expecting to start on the footings for these block walls next week.

We’re also excited to confirm that the precast internal stairs for both buildings have now been cast. We expect to have these onsite in November.
