Mountain Vista Estate
It’s been another busy month for the Du Val team at Mountain Vista Estate with lots going on across the site.
We’re happy to report that the roof PLTs for both Blocks 3 and 5 have been fully installed and that the roof framing is now complete. For Blocks 4 and 6, ground floor frames have been erected and and have structural beams in place, ready for the first-floor PLTs to be installed.
Stage 3’s earthworks are underway, with the ground level being cut and prepped to receive slabs. Retaining wall posts have now been concreted in, ready for railings and backfill. Planting along the northern bank’s esplanade is also progressing well.
Stage 1 and 2’s roading, kerbing and car parks are getting closer to completion, with prep work on the last few sections of road underway. The switchboard has now also been installed and is currently being connected to electrical services, ready to liven the site’s power in the coming weeks.
First Fix has been completed in Blocks 5 and 7, with Block 3 scheduled for completion this month. All existing Watercare and Vector services have now been removed, setting us up to complete the footpath and Walmsley Road upgrade outside of our boundary.
Stages 1 and 2 are on target for completion in March next year, meaning we could be handing you the keys to your brand new home by April!
