Block 1
• Interior painting is complete.
• Timber flooring is complete.
• Waterproofing and tiles are 95% complete.
• Finishing lines are complete in Units 1 & 2, and   90% complete in Units 3, 4 & 5.
• Second fix plumbing is 30% complete.
• Second fix electrical and mechanical is 50% complete.
Block 2
• Membrane gutters are currently at 50% completion.
• RAB / Play installation is currently at 60% completion.
• Exterior building wrap is at 95% completion.
Block 3
• Interior door installation is complete.
• Finishing lines are currently substantially complete across all units.
• Plaster is substantially complete across all units.
• Waterproofing and tiles are substantially complete.
Block 4
• Roof installation has been completed.
• Windows are currently not on site for installation.
• RAB / Ply installation is at 95% completion.
• Exterior building wrap is at 95% completion.
Block 5
• Finishing lines are 80% complete across each unit.
• Paint is substantially complete.
• Waterproofing and tiles are substantially complete across all units.
• Kitchen joinery is being installed within 5 of the 8 units. Currently 80% complete across these units.
• 2nd plumbing fix is 30% complete across all units.
Block 6
• Roof installation has been completed.
• Window installation is at 75% completion and progressing.
• RAB / Ply is currently at 95% completion.
• Exterior building wrap is at 95% completion.
Block 7
• Roofing and flashings complete.
• Waterproofing and tiles are substantially complete across all units.
• Paint sealer coat has been completed across all units.
• Paint topcoat is currently 70% complete across all units.
Block 8
• First fix has been completed across all units.
• Insulation and Intello have been completed across all units.
• Battens have been installed across all units.
• Gib work has commenced on 2nd October.
Block 9
• Gib installation has been completed.
• Finishing lines are 70% complete across all units.
• Plastering is progressing at 50% throughout the remaining units.
• Internal doors are currently being installed.
Block 10
• 1st fix has been completed across all units.
• Gib installation on walls has been completed across all units.
• Ceiling gib is currently progressing.
Block 11
• 1st fix has been completed across all units.
• Insulation and Intello has been completed across all units.
• Battens have been installed across all units.
• Gib installation is currently progressing across all units.
Block 12
• Stairs have been installed across all units.
• 1st fix has been completed across all units.
• Insulation and Intello has been installed across all units.
• Structures are all complete.
• All roof installation and finishes have been completed.
• All windows have been installed.
• Battens have been installed across all units.
• Gib installation on walls is currently progressing.
Block 13
• Basement beams have been installed.
• Basements slabs have been installed.
• Installation of Novacoil & Scoria is currently 75% complete with backfill.
