We wrap up 2022 with the final Project Update from Parry Terraces. Even with the Christmas holidays just around the corner, teams have been working hard to ensure we finish the year on a high note.
We look forward to resuming back on site in 2023 and completing the final stages of this project before handing you the keys to your brand new home.
All of Block 1 now has its timber flooring laid, with the carpets set to follow in the coming days. Brick Facades are currently being put up, and we’re excited to report that kitchens throughout the Block are also in the process of being installed.
All bathrooms and laundries have been tiled, with most of Block 1’s vanities, showers and plumbing being installed, too.
In Block 2, the weatherboard cladding and wall linings are now completed. Blocks 3 and 4 are now undergoing extensive wall lining works with weatherboard cladding to soon follow for Block 3.
Finally, we can now confirm that all windows and entry doors for the entire project are now installed.
