Block 1
• Cess Pits have now been installed in the rear yards of all Block 1 units.
Block 2
• Floor preparation and install of carpet to the upstairs bedrooms and hallway is underway.
• All switchboards are now live and tested.
Block 3
• Construction of the decks is now underway.
• External brick veneer cladding is now 98% complete.
• Wing-wall structures are taking shape ready for cladding.
Block 4
• Gib installation for internal walls is 95% complete.
• Ceiling gib has been installed to 50% of Block 4's units post the ceiling grid installation.
• Cedar window surrounds are 95% complete.
Block 5
• Gib has been fixed to 80% of the internal wall structures.
• Cedar cladding to half of the block is now complete.
The superstructure for the site is 80% complete with blocks 3 and 4 frames now installed and ready for the roof PLTs to be fitted. The superstructure consists of everything above baseline such as the framing, floors and roof. All road signage including street names has been ordered and we cannot wait to officially mark Parry Terraces within Mount Wellington.
